Personal Training
Performance Specific Training
Training is available based on each individual’s needs. Whether recovering from an injury or looking for that extra edge, a plan is developed based on an athlete’s current conditioning. This includes body structure, form and weight. Nutritional recommendations are given as well for pre and post competitions.
Duration 1 hour
Rates:
General training –all ages: $45
Group rate- $45/hour + $10 for each additional participant
Elite Training-Ages 15 and up: $60 + $25 monthly only membership to Gold’s Gym Included in training is a video analysis of form and additional setup/equipment.
Note: Gold’s Gym membership carries no start up fee and can be canceled at any time. Training is conducted by Charles Dao of Icon Sports Alliance and Murrieta Mavericks head coach, Jason Holloway.
Coaches Corner - $60/hour. Training targets the parent who wants to coach their own athlete. Recommendations are given for the three stages of a traditional track and field season. Parents will bring their child and learn essential techniques necessary for a successful and safe track season. Information will be given on how to start and run your own team.
20% rate reduction will be given after 3 sessions.
Speed Training
Sprints: Training targets reaction time for sprints, explosiveness out of the blocks and power generation during the opening stretches of a sprint event.
Long Distance Speed Training: Training targets speed essential during final stages of a long distance event in order to out-kick and overtake competition.
Jumps
Jumps: Training targets strength and speed essential for all jumpers. Traditional plyometrics are utilized along with non-traditional methods.
Conditioning
Endurance: Training is specific to preseason Track and Field conditioning and takes place in alternating locations.
